[Estate Sale] Found a pair of Bose 901 Series VI + Series VI Active Equalizer for $500. Bases not available. They look nearly mint and sound great. Worth the buy? I've always wanted a pair of these and might just try to find a pair of bases online.

Recently found what I think might be moth frass on a rolled up wool tapestry we had been storing under the bed in our guest room. Does it look like moth frass? How should we treat/clean it?

Our Takagi AT-K5U-OS-N instant water heater won’t generate hot water and is making this clicking/knocking sound. Anyone recognize the issue? In-laws just got here and they’ve got no hot water now :-/

An estate sale near me is selling a 2014 BMW X5 xDrive, 100,752 for $10,000. It the last day of the sale so I’m sure I get them to take $9,000. Worth it?

Seeking some opinions on a different pick guard color/shape design. Built this Tele from salvaged old growth redwood pulled from an 1800’s Victorian home in SF. I really dig Gelber and Sons wacky designs. What are your thoughts?

MIL & FIL recently had their house in New Hampshire renovated. All new for flooring throughout. Completely “sealed” and winterized basement/crawlspace/home. Very nice/expensive build. Is this much movement to be expected? The largest is 3/16”-1/4” opening of movement.

Discuss all types of hardwood flooring here...

Need help identifying the make of this this chair/joinery style. It was a spring rocker from childhood (1980’s) likely predating that time period though.

Found this for $5 at an estate sale of an older gentleman who was a woodworker. Lots of other very old tools. What period do you folks think this is from, early 80’s? Thanks!

Welcome to an environment focusing on discussion, recommendation, and news about the brand, as well as the entire category of multitools (mostly Leatherman of course).
