We bought a little hobby farm and I'm looking at getting a truck for little things around the farm (picking up hay, dump runs, firewood etc.) and came across the Maverick. Any recommendations on different models or years?

I posted earlier about used Weber E310 Spirit grill for $70 that has an igniter that doesn’t work. I’ve added a photo of the inside. Think it’s a good buy?

Is this Weber E310 Spirit worth it? They want $70. They say just the igniter doesn’t work.

No water coming out at barn and very poor water pressure in house. I checked the pressure tank and it’s constantly fluctuating between 30-50 even when not running water. We’re on well water.
