Do any of you have issues during luteal with communication? For me, I can’t deal with anyone who just won’t answer me directly or won’t answer the question I’m actually asking vs the question they THINK I’m asking. Curious to hear from you all.

Just communicating - if I could always operate at the level I’m at when it’s the time after my period and before ovulation, when I am at my most energetic and clear headed and emotionally stable point, I could kill it at work and at life.

Best advice I ever got on here - think about pmdd craziness like a migraine. Would you go into work with a migraine? You can call in sick or work from home on days where you feel fully batshit. It’s the lesser of two evils.

What is the best route that has a family room? It’s not easy to search by “family room” on the Amtrak website. We’d like to do an overnight train ride, ideally from NYC but we’re open to other locations.

Weight gain. Went from size 4 to size 8 in last 5 years or so. At what point do you just accept it? I’m not overweight. But not super thin anymore. 5 ft 3 in.
Perimenopause. In our playground we have giant mood swings and emotional roller coasters...buckle up!
