Guys, I don't know anymore. Is this lighing problem (too strong/week light, too little/much light), is it lack of fertilizer, nutrience or not enough/wrong substrate? Even hornwort (this hornwort-like plant is Limnophila sessiliflora) and water lettuce died and I don't know what the problem is.

I need stronger light for a planted shrimp tank (60 cm long). I'm looking for something that will help my plants grow but I have so much to choose from and I don't know what will be the best choice for my tank. What are your recomendations/experiences?
