Does anyone have any body weight or dumbell specific exercises to target the glutes? My upper body is in decent shape but this further highlights my underdeveloped glutes.

Been enjoying it today! I tried Kofi once....they have truly fucked that match. It&#39;s not even Roman&#39;s power. It&#39;s the fact you can red his whole body. Having hit 3 fins and sigs and he gets out no problem. It&#39;s very fucking annoying and I think I&#39;ll skip it.

Been getting back into it. Yeah the every secind move reversal is annoying but the apex are giving out alot of packs.

OMG THE JANK HAS HIT ITS ZENITH. THE UC 3V3s. I used lowblow knowing I&#39;d get DQ to get a pin. Fucking causes you to control the other 2 simultaneously! WTF. It&#39;s beyond annoying. Still won but it&#39;s fucking LAME. ARE THEY ALL LIKE THIS????

So been getting through the LEs. Still avoiding the Ambulance atm. It&#39;s been okay but i still can&#39;t play for hours like i used too. Lots of content and rewards. Usually I&#39;d be elated.

Due to not playing as much. My skills have lowered. Couple that with the patch boost to cpu. I am getting slapped about. Before I&#39;d relish the challenge. ATM it&#39;s just boring me.
